Hi Sulis,

Looks like Christian and I will be creating an event together at Valley View Hot springs in September. I create dance/cuddle/laugh events, am a bodyworker, Contact Improvisation Dancer, and have done a little water Contact Improvisation. Definitely curious to know more about Aquatic Therapy.

Hi Sulis
I've trained with David Sawyer in Integrative Aquatic Therapy for the past 5 yrs. healing shock and trauma from pre- and perinatal birth imprints and combine Wata Watsu and other forms intuitively. I'm a transformational coach so when a client can't get further intellectually we head for the water...and let the water do the work!!! More soon.... I'm on holidays on a gorgious pristine island right now...

Dear Sulis,
thanks for warm welcome :) I "met" you 2 years ago on waterjourneys.net website. I still have articles from that webpage on my laptop :)
It is so great that you've launched a site like this. I missed such a place to discuss with other aquatic friends from around the world..
I'm just starting with Watsu, but it touched me so much in a very subtle way in my heart..

Dear Sulis, thank you for your welcoming words.
Water as moving & floating medium for sure is one of the factors of inner healing, release & rebalancing, but concerning energy healing it is the energy field of the practioner, and the energy level of the water that matters and that elevates the consciousness and healing of the waterchild...
There can so much difference in qualities of energy in water, the water of a swimming pool should always be treated with loving words, respect or prayers. Have described an experience on my website of floating in a lake of light that healed my spine, this was a moment in magical waters induced by celestial presence (see also hidden messages of Masaru Emoto). The water touches the whole spine and if the water is not treated well and a water practioner is not prepared to be a healer a sensitive person will sense these disturbing qualities and will never relax to really open or will have to heal the pool and practioner first ! It is a delicate matter that the watsu and other water schools are not talking about as it is not commercial - but it is a well known fact in all advanced schools of spiritual teachings & healing - that water therapy is much more then moving a body and and that much preparation and care is needed...

Hey there saulis - I see you also got what seems to be a virus or scam from Kenna Abbott. Just thought you'd like to know. I will delete mine. Good luck!

Hi Sara..thankyou for allowing me to participate in this forum - a fantastic conduit of ideas and energy. It falls into place. Yeah, I spoke to Jem back in November when I arrived at my mum's in Chippenham and I was trying to find a pool to practice in including the hotel spa where he works. I met Hilary a couple of months ago after I visited the WABA site and saw her just sitting there in Corsham. WE meet and exchange thoughts on WATSU. In fact she passed me the e-newsletter and here we are talking. She must have mentioned you but the link has just fused..full circle. We are both frustrated at Bath Thermae for its posturing in WATSU...long story.....maybe not for the forum. Not a great energy there. I am not sure whether I'll stay here in the UK partly because I lived in Baja too long and feel it calling every day. It also seems to me to be the better location to be more in touch with myself in the sea and with Watsu in southern and northern California. ......Decisions, ideas, movement! That is what it is all about! Small world. I m happy to be here.

Hi Sara,

Yes there is a Watsu pool in Auroville at Quiet healing center. The watsu.in site has been down now for a week or so. I am only a beginner in this work. Thank you for your welcome.

warm regards,

Hi, I can't see any bio, etc, at this time. I am using Internet Explorer 5.0 and Windows 98 , so my computer is currently differently abled. I am not always able to see or have certain page info or buttions viewable to me.
I will be hitting the library sometime today and will try to get up with your request. Also hoping to get Windows XP reinstalled today or sometime soon. Then I will be able to see it all and be able to upgrade to upgrade to current web browsers, etc.

Thanks for the great site. Mary and I were classmates in Human Massage Therapy school. I'm looking forward to hearing about techniques that therapists are using with their human clients that I can use with my K9 clients.
