I am a physical therapist assitant & certified personal trainer. I am the Director of Aquatics at the first warm water pool in our area and I use the exercise pools in our area as one of my tools to instruct clients in my personal trainer business.

Minneapolis, MN Seminar

Hello Everyone: I just returned from Andrea's seminar in Minneapolis and feel truly blessed that I was able to attend. I was a bit concerned that some of the Watsu techniques would be difficult to use, mostly due to patients being comfortable with the closeness. But to my surprise I have already been able to utilize some of the Watsu and the balance techniques in my treatments today. Love the Mime!!!! I will do my best to stay a regular on the aquaticnet, so much to learn and do!

new pool opening

Good Morning, Our new facility is due to open in 3 weeks! The pool is all one depth 4 - 41/2 feet. I would love to hear from everyone the "dos & don'ts".... and the possiblities for programming in the pool. I can comfortably fit 10 individuals at one time.
