New understanding of PTSD and the aquatic work of members Diane Tegtmeier and Inika Spence, indicate the potential application of aquatic therapy in healing trauma. This Group has been created to explore and promote that.
Sometimes 'therapy' doesn't capture the playful inspiration of what we do in the water. This group is for exploring creative ideas in the water for their own sake ... many of which have great healing potential.

- Welcome Trina! I loved Breitenbush when I visited and wish I could remember the Watsu person I met there - perhaps it was you? She was very kind to let us borrow the pool which was quite a climb to get into. And told the cautionary tale of once accidentally leaving the hot springs water filling it and melting the vinyl!
