My Watsu Story
I was attending a Feldenkrais Seminar at Breitenbush in Oregon. Sitting on a pillow and meditating for hours had taken a toll on my low back by Wednesday and I signed up for a Watsu that Friday. Wow was this a life changing experience. I had to learn more and purchased the videos. A Feldenkrais practictioner asked me to work on a CP child and I decided to go to Harbin and attend a Watsu I course. Once I finished the week I knew I was hooked.
