96 degrees, 3.5 feet deep and it is an above ground round pool about 15 feet in diameter.

Yes. I teach with most things that I have done in life, from tutoring to aquatics. Within aquatics, I am a swim coach, swim instructor for infants, children and adults (especially those with extreme fear) and aqua-fitness/aqua-yogalates instructor.

I offer Integrative Aquatic Healing Therapies for emotional, physical, mental and transpersonal healing. These sessions are personalized to help individuals, children and families heal on all levels pulling from Theta Healing, WATSU, aquatics/swimming, spiritual counseling modalities, and birth story healing. Family sessions vary vastly. Within the framework of swimming, I offer a meditative, mindful and transpersonal approach to swimming while I coach in a class called Body-Mind Swimming.
