4-4.5 ft depth, 96-98 degrees depending on the temp outside, 20 ft round above ground, easy access, saline system filter.

i teach AI & Watsu (Adaptive) Aquatic Integration (AI) bridges clinical application with an alternative approach. Primarily students are taught to understand clients patterns of tight(holding), loose(empty), and balance and to draw from a framework of moves learned to address: increasing awareness through compression and stretch and/or decreasing tension through MFR & Shiatsu to allow for increased balanced tone.
