I'd like to share this recent article by Alexander Georgeakopoulos.
A Conversation with Ed Rensenbrink and Annemarie Schrama - document attached.
It is a companion piece to his interview with Marja Pijpers and Saskia van Rees.
Alexander notes:
Ed and Annemarie are Dutch sports teachers and, like Marja and Saskia, are working with the physically and mentally handicapped, using primarily Healing Dance in their water sessions. They treat patients in two pools in Amsterdam in collaboration with physical therapists. I learned quite a lot from them as they described this unusual application of Healing Dance. All photographs appearing in the article are used with permission. Enjoy.
