I would like to use a similar proposal for funding a community demo project here in Gainesville via The United Way. I will be trying to tie together three or four major organizations under one umbrella event.
This may take almost a year to coordinate. We may need to wait much longer as most organizations have absolutely no money since the (global) economy tanked. I am simply having conversations with folks I meet via my networking efforts. Please keep us posted, Basia.

Sara, I have still a couple corrections on the report. then yes with a beneficiary I will put it on as a download. Yes any insight on funding these projects woudl be valuable. Basia

Hi Basia - I am no longer acting as moderator (click to read more here) so I shall just tell you how to upload your pdf since it is quite easy to do yourself - see below.
In future you can try Laurie Emerson or Andrea Salzman for any questions about Ning technicalities etc. I'll still be here but not in that role.
To upload your pdf Start a new discussion in this group. When the text box opens you'll see a symbol for sheet of paper in the top right of the text bar at the top. Click on that and follow the instructions to upload your file.

I have known of persons who sponsored and taught caregivers and those being given care to share Watsu(R)
It provides a sense of sharing and giving back for the caregiver to receive....
Other thought: to provide another opportunity nearby for the car…
This group is for discussions about the practice and promotion of aquatic bodywork in spas, other leisure settings, and private venues. A place to share some of the issues faced and support each other.
Couples Watsu would be an activity that the Spa could promote as well as Mother daughter days .
For pediatric aquatic therapists/instructors who work with children on the autism spectrum. We will be sharing our coolest treatment ideas and creating a mock protocol for the infant, toddler, and school aged child demonstrating autism traits.
