Alternative Aquatics - Documentation and Intuitive Skills

Over several years in both spa settings and private aquatic bodywork practice, Sara Firman has documented her experiences of a non-clinical but nevertheless therapeutic approach. As part of this years' ATRI National Aquatic Healthcare Conference (click link for other offerings), she will be talking on the importance of documenting alternative aquatics sessions and presenting a pool-based workshop on developing intuitive skills in aquatics practices.

COURSE OBJECTIVES include:

1) Determining the skills, applications, benefits, and challenges of intuitive/alternative aquatic bodywork.

2) Examining ways to develop intuitive skills to be applied in aquatic bodywork.

3) Exploring insights gained from documented experiences in aquatic bodywork.
