2010 ATRI Conference: Call for Speakers
Speaker Applications Requested
The Aquatic Therapy and Rehab Institute (ATRI) has announced a call for papers for the 2010 Aquatic Therapy &Rehab Conferences and Symposium.
The conferences are offered in various sites around the country and the Aquatic Therapy Symposium offered in June of 2010 at Sanibel Harbour Resort, Sanibel FL.
They are multi-disciplinary including licensed medical professionals, athletic trainers and aquatic fitness professionals.
Clinical courses, with or without pool labs, involving various diagnoses or therapeutic techniques, research, evidence-based applications and case studies are sought.
Speaker candidates will be sent the 2010 schedule in September to select conferences for which to be considered.

Deadline for submission is July 20, 2009.

This group is for discussions about the practice and promotion of aquatic bodywork in spas, other leisure settings, and private venues. A place to share some of the issues faced and support each other.
Couples Watsu would be an activity that the Spa could promote as well as Mother daughter days .
For pediatric aquatic therapists/instructors who work with children on the autism spectrum. We will be sharing our coolest treatment ideas and creating a mock protocol for the infant, toddler, and school aged child demonstrating autism traits.
